PM Modi got highest approval ratings in 13 countries

In a survey conducted by The Mourning Consult which is a US based firm which conducts surveys of approval ratings of top 13 democratic countries in the world which economically strong. In this survey PM Narendramodi had topped the list with 70% of approval  which is updated on 2nd September Andres Manuel Mexican president followed by Italian prime minister Marino Draghi, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, US President Joe Biden.

The following is the list

Modi: 70%

López Obrador: 64%

Draghi: 63%

Merkel: 52%

Biden: 48%

Morrison: 48%

Trudeau: 45%

Johnson: 41%

Bolsonaro: 39%

Moon: 38%

Sánchez: 35%

Macron: 34%

Suga: 25%




The ratings of Modi had up by 4% from 66% in the month of June this year. This change is mainly due to reduce the lockdown restrictions. The peak was in May of 2020 which is 84% after the covid-19 restrictions. In this survey total of 2126 adults were surveyed according to The Mourning Consult.
